Ben Davidson - Company and Investments Director
Ben’s love for property is clear to see every time you meet him. He will get you excited about property within 5 minutes of talking to him.
His primary goal is to fulfil each and every clients expectations and does so with extensive local and industry knowledge. Davidson Estates is an accredited agent and is currently one of the leading agents in the B15 area.
With a background in property investments, and over 15 years experience within the property industry, Ben has built an impressive client base and reputation within the area working closely with local and national property developers. This enables him to source the best investment opportunities for his clients before they reach the open market.
Melissa Tinsley - Sales and Lettings Manager
Melissa has over 14 years’ experience in Residential Lettings & Sales. Raised in Edgbaston, Melissa has an expansive knowledge of the area, and having worked in Birmingham City Centre lettings market for over a decade, her knowledge is second to none.
As the sales and lettings manager, and team leader, her role is expansive and involves a multitude of roles from conducting market appraisals to negotiating a deal. Melissa can offer professional and impartial advice without obligation, and is one of the senior and loyal members of the company.

Andrew Love - Senior Property & Maintenance Manager
With over 10 years’ experience in nationwide property management, Andrew has an excellent understanding and knowledge of block management, tenancy management and maintenance. Often dealing with high volumes and complex issues, Andrew is able to provide quick and effective solutions for all of our clients and tenants needs.
As Property & Maintenance Manager, Andrew is responsible for the day to day running of our client portfolio including the tenancy applications, periodic and final inspections, inventory reports and deposit protection, as well as the day to day reactive maintenance and tenant enquiries.
Andrew also project manages our refurbishment portfolio and can offer additional services such as furnishings, fixture and fitting packages and snagging reports.
Hieng Li - Sales Co-ordinator and PA to the Director
Hieng joined Davidson Estates as a novice in the property market but brings with her a host of skills and experience from her previous roles in marketing and events, sales, administration and customer services.
Hieng is organised, great at multi-tasking and is very meticulous when it comes to the finer details so is the perfect candidate for handling sales progression. She can often be heard chasing solicitors for updates where necessary to get the sale up to speed and completed in a timely fashion. She ensures our clients are updated throughout the sales process and often goes above and beyond to ensure our customers receive excellent service and a stress-free sales experience. This attention to detail and level of service is what separates Davidson Estates to other agencies in the area.
A graduate in Marketing and Human Resources Management, Hieng maintains and updates our company website and social media platforms, writes blogs and deals with company reviews.
Hieng is also PA to the Director and ensures the smooth running of the office.
Gareth Evans - Property Consultant
In January 2018, Davidson Estates appointed Gareth Evans as our Property Consultant, bringing with him 13 years of estate agency experience and knowledge from similar roles covering the desirable areas of Edgbaston, Harborne and Birmingham City Centre.
Gareth plays a vital role in the Sales & Lettings department where his responsibilities include conducting viewings, negotiating offers and providing feedback to our clients.
Over the years Gareth’s professionalism, enthusiasm and passion for real estate has led him to becoming one of the best and reliable estate agents in the area.
Cara Burns - Property and Maintenance Assistant
With over three years experience in the sales and lettings industry, coupled with her background in customer services, Cara is well equipped to carry out her role in supporting the very busy and fast pace property and maintenance department.
Cara deals with the tenancy applications from referencing through to check ins, carries out periodic inspections and inventories as well as the more intricate issues such as dealing with the utilities for our property portfolio and resolving maintenance and tenancy issues.
Cara has already made a great impression with our tenants and landlords and having her manage the office on Saturdays has also allowed us to accommodate more weekend viewings and move-in appointments.
